WRINKLE WRINKLE Little Line~

Pic Credit from Google image

A few days ago one of my colleague did say about wrinkle on my face. Quite a shock for me as I didn't notice any wrinkle on my face. Later, when I got back from the office I did spend about an hour in front of my dressing table just to find the wrinkle. The "LINE" which haunted me!

Did a thorough check on my face I did found a few lines on my forehead. Just a few "fine lines". Or should I called them as forehead wrinkle :(?no no no....I'd more prefer to call it the "fine lines" and sounds better heh:).. Wondering why i didn't notice those fine lines..ye lah name pun "fine lines" right?..makes me worried. huhu [~]

I did some research on the net and I found that there are some factors that lead to the formation of forehead wrinkle. To mention some of it, genetics, free radical formation, exposure to the smoke of the cigarette, collagen loss & even how often you make face expression caused a wrinkle! And lastly, the most important factor is the AGE. No matter how healthy the body is & what diet do we follow, sooner or later we will definitely succumb to the inevitability of old age. As we grow older we'll find the skin will be less supple & less hydrate.

Considering my age now...will be on my 29th this year.. I should start to apply skin care product to protect my skin from early signs of age beside taking some supplements & more on fruits... ngeee.. As for the skin care regime.. I will go for SimplySiti C Bright Simply 5 cream, its Dual Serum & mask. Most of the reviews I've read showed some positive effect on the skin. Will update my review later on the product;)

Saya Nak Kurus & Ramping!

Pic credit to Google image

When I say,"Saya nak kurus!"..it does not mean nak kurus like Victoria Beckam. That's too skinny & scary. Huhu. Kurus for me is just..to have my body before I was pregnant. If talk about weight I'm nearly get my weight just before being preggy. But the problem now is..LEMAK di tummy..huhu..so sad :(

How to get rid of those belly fat? Ppl will normally suggest for dieting or workout in the gym..but that is not so me. It's my weakness of having a consistent workout. I just can't commit to it.huhu. That's why LELEMAK ni very hard to get away.Serve you right Ida :(.

Though, no matter how many reasons i gave not to workout or start dieting..I know I still have to.huhuhu.Nangis sampai kuar air hidung pun tak guna. The fat is still there & accumulating..huhu that's scary..So I came into conclusion I need to do something..A plan which will be done..slowly..with a minimal effort but CONSISTENTLY...

First, I would go for a diet regime. It's not diet tak makan..but diet with a healthy food. How will I do that?
  • Ovoid/minimize taking the deep fried food. I'd go more for the sauteed food
  • Avoid the white bread & go for the wheat bread
  • Replace margarine/shortening with butter whipped together with the olive oil
  • Less/minimize rice for dinner
  • Consume more fruits & less sugar/fatty/dairy based product
OK that's it..quite a long list to me to commit...huhuhu..As for the exercise.. I would not go for the extreme. I would just applied for 3 simple steps (refer to the picture below; credit to Mayo Foundation for Medical Education & Research) for my belly.

Of course all of this plan with minimal effort would take sometimes for an appealing result. Just hope I can commit with consistency & the result would make me happy. Ape yang penting? SABAR!

Nak perut mcm ni bole tak?

The Benefits of Oolong Tea

If I would be given a chance to choose between coffee & tea..i would definitely go for the TEA. Reason why? Its simple..I LIKE tea. Which normally I consume after meals(lunch esp), during breakfast or tea time. There are many kinds of tea which is me too not so sure.. Just to list down some of them which are familiar to me. The black tea, the green tea, jasmine tea, the ginseng tea, the Oolong tea & many others.

Speaking about the Oolong tea I just realize its benefit. Some of the benefits are:
  •  Reduce cholesterol
  • Fat burning
  • Prevent heart ailment
  • Treatment for digestive disorder
  • Promote longevity by stimulating body function & strengthen the body immune system
  • Healthier & stronger bones. Protect against osteoporosis as well as protect against tooth decay
*For more details on the benefits & information please refer to this link.

Tak sangka pulak there are many benefits of it.
So guys, lets drink tea for healthier life;)
